Easter Sunday - Easter 2020

Special Thanks

The custom of the Easter Egg or Easter Eggs has been traced to the early Christians of Mesopotamia, Easter Eggs which are decorated eggs which are usually given out after being dyed to celebrate what is known as Eastertide which means Easter Season. Traditionally chicken eggs would be colored or dyed more recently sometimes chocolate eggs or plastic eggs filled with mini surprises are also used. After Easter Eggs were first used by the early Christians of Mesopotamia this tradition spread to Russia as well as Siberia and eventually into Europe through the Catholic and Protestant Churches. Easter Eggs or rather Egg consumption was originally prohibited during Lent. . Special thanks to Styleshout for this template.
